Our Full Day Charter sails across the tropical blue waters of the Whitsunday passage to
our first stop of Mantaray Bay. Here you will be amazed at the famous resident Maori Wrasse
and the Giant Trevally with many more tropical fish to which you are guaranteed to see here!
This is a one stop tropical fish shop full of excitement to see above and below the water. An
unforgettable snorkelling experience. ( location can be weather dependant on the day- if too
windy another location is chosen for snorkelling our guests)
The second anchorage could be either Langford Spit, Stonehaven Bay or Bali Hi. This iconic
area is located at the the Northern End of Hook Island near Hayman Island.
Here we enjoy an Aussie back deck BBQ buffet lunch and the best part is you don't need
to cook it! Our professional skipper and host take care of absolutely everything for your
group. With longer time to enjoy all the comforts of the vessel, here you can sun bake, relax
onboard, read a book, enjoy the air conditioned inside seating areas. For the more
adventurous they can snorkel, stand up paddle board, try a kayak or enjoy a dip from the back
of the boat.
Your skipper is very knowledgeable on the water and will sail the vessel with the correct
weather conditions on the day. Keeping our guests comfortable is our top priority and the
anchorage stops can vary depending on those conditions and guests onboard.
The departure and return time for this charter can be tailored to suit your holiday! We find
the best departure time is so you can enjoy a great Sunset Sail coming home on the day. Let
us know which choice you would prefer.

Wings III is fully air conditioned with premium vessel specs including a top sundeck, foredeck jacuzzi, with multiple inside and outside spacious seating areas. She has a class C, Outer Great Barrier Reef survey which allows her to travel 50 nautical miles past the Whitsunday Islands that can combine the Outer Great Barrier Reef on overnight charters of 4 nights or more.
Can we bring any additional food items or birthday cakes?
Yes you most certainly can- this is your exclusive private charter. We have plenty of cold refrigeration space for all your needs. Bring your BYO to the vessel on the day already pre chilled- no one likes a hot beer!
Is there any ice onboard?
Wings III has an ice machine for your drinks :)
Do we need bottles of water?
No- we have cold filtered water for you to stay hydrated all day and this is included in your charter prices.
Can we pre order alcohol and have it delivered?
Yes this is absolutely a great idea. It makes your day less stress free and relaxing.
Do you sell soft drinks onboard?
No we do not- please BYO any drinks for your charter there is no bar onboard
Are small children allowed onboard?
Yes- you have privately hired the vessel. We can carry babies through to grandparents- an adult is required to be with children at all times whilst onboard and we have the correctly fitted life jackets for infants. Please let us know in advance children's ages and weight if under the age of 312 are in your private group. We have kids dvds and large flat screen inside for the journey home.

15% surcharge for private charters.

We had a perfect day on the Whitsundays with the Wings crew and their beautiful catamaran on Friday 28 October 2022. From start to finish, the crew were lots of fun, very attentive and ensured that everyone had a great day. The snorkelling was amazing! We saw so many fish, loved it! We also enjoyed kayaking and swimming in the beautiful waters of the Whitsundays.
The morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea was prepared and served by the staff and it was delicious. The excitement continued on our way back, when we headed towards Airlie Beach and a big storm. This wasn’t a problem for our esteemed captain, who manoeuvred the catamaran around the the edges of the storm, which made for an exciting trip back. Our group of 18 loved our day out with Wings and consider it a must do, highlight activity when you visit The Whitsundays. Thanks Wings crew, you’re the best!
